Ryan is always responsive, even out of hours, and has always been a massive help to us. He's great to work with; keeping me updated, attending quickly and punctually, and you couldn't ask for a better service.

I've used RV three times now (new thermostat, basic plumbing and a new electric shower). Every time he's been around the day I called and just gets the job done. Really friendly guy who knows what he's doing.

Ryan came out and gave a competitive quote which I was very happy with and assured me it could all be done in my very tight timeframe. The end result was a tidy and professional installation done in just 2 days by the RV team which has made the house nice, warm and ready for my new tenants.

Very good service and very polite, promised to do a good job and did just want he needed to do, great friendly service would highly recommend and use service again. I was at home with my 4 weeks old baby and had no hot water to bath or wash bottle and he came and fixed it all and now I'm a happy mummy.
